Prices are shown in Australian dollars unless otherwise stated. We may change prices at any time before an order is placed. Payment must be successfully completed before an order is accepted for fulfilment.
Availability and orders
Products are subject to availability. We may decline or cancel an order where a product is unavailable, there is an obvious pricing or listing error, payment cannot be verified, or we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse. If we cancel an order after payment, we will provide an appropriate refund.
Shipping
Shipping options, rates and estimated delivery information are provided at checkout and are also described in our Shipping page. Dispatch and delivery timeframes are estimates unless we expressly state otherwise.

Product use and safety
Please follow all safety and care instructions supplied with our products. Candles should never be left burning unattended and should be kept away from children, pets, drafts and flammable materials. Reed diffuser liquid should be kept away from children and pets and may damage some surfaces if spilled.
Any candle burn time shown on the website is an approximate guide only. Actual burn time can vary depending on wick trimming, burn duration, drafts, room conditions and how the candle is used.
Website use
You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, or use the website for unlawful purposes.
